Wednesday’s Chow – Chicken Taco Chili

This is a great recipe for a cold winter night.  Toss it into the crockpot in the morning and forget about.

Chicken Taco Chili

Ingredients: 

1 can black beans

1 can kidney beans

1 can corn kernels

16 oz tomato sauce

28 oz diced tomatoes

1 tbsp chili powder

1 packet taco seasoning

3 boneless chicken breasts

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in slow cooker. Cook 6 hours high or 10 hours low.

Makes 8 servings.
