This is what I came up with from watching the video…and how I’ll do it when I make it.

Chicken, Mushrooms and Green Beans
1 TBSP oil
8 oz mushrooms
12 oz green beans
1 ¼ pound chicken tenderloins
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup Italian dressing
2 TBSP honey
3 TBSP balsamic vinegar
1 cup grape tomatoes, sliced


Heat oil in frying pan. Add mushrooms and green beans. Cook until tender-crisp. Remove from pan.

Add chicken to pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook on both sides until no longer pink. Remove from pan.

Add Italian dressing, honey and balsamic vinegar to pan, bring to a boil. Add mushrooms, green beans and chicken to pan. Add tomatoes. Toss to cover with Italian dressing mixture. Remove from pan and drizzle with Italian dressing mixture.

I was going to make it tonight, but made Chicken Taco Soup instead….but I have all the ingredients, so need to make this recipe before the beans go bad.
